About this box
Our signature: real roses packed close in a round velvet hat box, so the box reads as one dome of colour. The Petite (9 roses) suits birthdays and thank-yous, the Classic (16) is the one most people choose, the Grand (30) is for anniversaries and big gestures, and the Couture (60) is made to order for milestones and events.
Each rose is a real flower, grown and cut at full bloom, then preserved with a glycerine-based solution so it stays soft and keeps its shape without water. We arrange every box by hand, check it, tie the ribbon and add the gold seal.
Add a name on the lid if you like, and pick your delivery date at checkout. Delivery with DHL Express is free.
Size and care
Petite holds 9 roses, Classic 16, Grand 30 and Couture 60. The Couture is made to order and takes two extra working days.
Keep the box indoors, away from direct sunlight, radiators and damp rooms such as bathrooms. No water needed. Touch the petals as little as possible and dust them now and then with a soft, dry brush.
If the roses lose their shape or colour within 12 months of delivery while cared for like this, email a photo to support@rosebox.co.uk and we will replace the box. Care and guarantee in full.

Free next-day delivery with DHL Express. Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday. Choose a later date at checkout if you prefer. Delivery before 12:00 is £9.95.
You can cancel within 14 days of delivery. Personalised lids are made for you, so they can’t be returned unless they arrive damaged. Delivery and returns in full.
Before you order
Are the roses real?
Yes. Every rose is a real flower, grown and cut at full bloom, then preserved with a glycerine-based solution that replaces its sap. It stays soft and keeps its shape without water or light. Some colours are added with dye during preserving.
How long do preserved roses last?
Kept indoors, out of direct sunlight and away from damp, they look the same for a year or more. We guarantee their shape and colour for 12 months from delivery when they are cared for as described on the care card.
How do I look after them?
Keep the box indoors, away from direct sunlight, radiators and damp rooms such as bathrooms. Don't water the roses or put them in a fridge. Touch the petals as little as possible, and if they gather dust, use a soft make-up brush or a hairdryer on its coolest setting from a distance.
What does the 12-month guarantee cover?
If your roses lose their shape or colour within 12 months of delivery while being cared for as described, email a photo to support@rosebox.co.uk with your order number and we will replace the box. It doesn't cover damage from sunlight, damp, water, heat or handling.
When will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm on a weekday and we hand it to DHL Express the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day. You can choose a later delivery date at checkout.
