Every order ships free with DHL Express for delivery the next working day.
Order by 2pm
Order by 2pm, Monday to Friday, and we hand your box to DHL Express the same day. It arrives the next working day. Orders after 2pm, at the weekend or on a bank holiday go out on the next working day.
Choose your date
At checkout you choose the delivery date: the earliest we can make, or any working day after it. Preserved roses keep, so a box can safely arrive a few days early.

Weekends and Sundays
DHL Express delivers Monday to Friday. For a weekend birthday, or a Sunday such as Valentine’s Day (14 February 2027) or Mother’s Day (7 March 2027), choose the Friday before.
Personalised and made-to-order boxes
A personalised lid adds one working day. The Couture is made to order and adds two working days. The checkout only offers dates we can meet.
Where we deliver
Anywhere in the UK. Next-day delivery covers most of mainland Great Britain. The Scottish Highlands, the islands and Northern Ireland can take an extra working day. We don’t deliver outside the UK yet.
Tracking
You will get the DHL tracking link by email once your box is on its way. If nobody is in, DHL leaves a card with ways to rearrange.
Christmas
Order by 2pm on Monday 21 December to be sure of delivery before Christmas. There is no dispatch or delivery on 25 and 28 December or 1 January.

When will my order arrive?
Order by 2pm on a weekday and we hand it to DHL Express the same day for delivery the next working day. Orders after 2pm, or at the weekend, go out on the next working day. You can choose a later delivery date at checkout.
How much is delivery?
Next-day delivery with DHL Express is free on every order to a UK address. If it needs to arrive before 12:00, choose DHL Express before 12:00 at checkout for £9.95.
Where do you deliver?

Do you deliver at weekends?
No. DHL Express delivers Monday to Friday. Preserved roses don't wilt, so for a weekend birthday or anniversary choose the Friday before: the box will be just as perfect on the day.
Will I get tracking?
Yes. You will get the DHL tracking link by email once your box is on its way.
Can I add a gift message?
Yes. Add it at checkout and we will put it on a card inside the box. Prices are never included, so you can send the box straight to the person you are buying for.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can cancel within 14 days of delivery and send the box back in the condition it arrived. Email us first and we will explain how. Personalised boxes are made for you, so they can't be returned unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
What if my box arrives damaged?
Email a photo to support@rosebox.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
